Beaver County Utah:  Your Gateway to the National Parks

Beaver County is a great place to stay while enjoying the activities of southwestern Utahs Color County and the spectacular scenery of the national parks.  Great Basin National Park is located approximately 120 miles to the northwest in a remote mountain range that snakes down the Utah-Nevada desert.  By taking route 21 west of Beaver City, you can easily reach the Great Basin.  With the 13,000 foot high Wheeler Peak, a small glacier, a large natural arch, and the deep limestone caverns of Lehman Caves, this is one of the most beautiful areas in the western United States.  See below for a listing of nearby National Parks, their official websites, and their distance from Beaver City (in Beaver County).

Don't forget about our sponsor who is doing bespoke kitchen design and who is making wide selection of contemporary kitchens.

If you travel west from Beaver City, you'll find a number of other resorts, hotels, timeshare resales, and campgrounds to choose from. Be sure to stop by the ghost towns in Western Beaver County including Frisco, a former mining town and a great place for rockhounding
